Does it cost the base anything?
No. We supply, install, stock and maintain the machines at our own cost. The site provides space and a power socket.
Does the site receive commission?
No. Many defence sites can't accept payments, so instead of commission we offer preferential pricing for service personnel. The site gets the facility at no cost and with nothing to administer.
Can products meet a specific nutritional standard?
Yes. We can curate the range to a standard set by the site, for example high-protein, low-sugar or specific pre- and post-workout products.
Who can buy from the machines?
Anyone with a card or phone. Access to the machine itself is controlled by where it sits on your site.
What about allergens and food safety?
Every product carries full ingredient and allergen information. Insurance, food business registration and certification are all handled by Nexus Vend.
How long does installation take?
We agree a timeline at the site survey. The main variable is site access and security arrangements, which we plan around.
