A robot barista coffee vending machine for offices, with no barista to staff.
A six-axis robotic arm brews barista-quality coffee and prints latte art while people watch. Your team and visitors get a proper coffee without leaving the building, and your reception gets a feature people talk about. We install and run it at zero cost to you, and pay you a share of every sale.
Why a robot barista, not another bean-to-cup machine
A coffee point is easy to install. One that people choose over the café down the road is harder.
- It's worth watching. A robotic arm making a latte is a small piece of theatre. In a reception, lobby or breakout space it becomes part of how visitors remember the building.
- Café quality, not office quality. Barista-style drinks with latte art printed on top, made to order from a touchscreen menu.
- No one to staff it. There's no barista to hire, train or cover, so it serves at 7am and 7pm alike.
- People stay in the building. A proper coffee break without the walk to the high street is good for morale and keeps footfall in your reception or break room.
The robot barista
A self-contained café unit with a robotic arm, built to sit in a public space rather than be hidden in a kitchen.
Barista-quality coffee and latte art, brewed by an AI barista. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What makes it different
Ranges are chosen with you, based on what you and your customers want and our own experience. Once the machine is live, we use AI-driven sales data to see what's selling and what isn't, and swap slow lines for ones that sell better.
Latte-art printing
Every cup can carry a printed design on the foam, which turns a coffee into something people photograph.
Dual pickup point
Two collection points, so one person collecting doesn't hold up the next order.
Stainless steel build
Made to look at home in a reception and to stand up to all-day use.
Remote monitoring
We see stock levels and faults remotely, so refills and repairs happen before anyone notices.
Where it works best
We'll only recommend a robot barista where it will earn its place. If a different machine suits your building better, we'll say so.
Offices and HQs
In a breakout area or on the reception floor, so teams get a proper coffee without leaving the building. Free or subsidised drinks for staff and guests are available, and we set them up with you.
Corporate receptions
A memorable welcome for visitors, and a talking point while they wait.
Hotels
A lobby coffee point that serves early check-outs and late arrivals when the bar is closed.
Transport hubs
Fast, consistent coffee for people on the move, at any hour.
Events
A crowd-pleaser at launches, exhibitions and conferences. Running an event? We have dedicated event machines; ask us.
Messes and welfare areas
Café-quality drinks on base without a member of staff. Military and defence.
What your site needs
A robot barista needs a little more planning than a snack machine. These are the practical checks we make at the site survey.
- Power. The machine draws 2200W, so we check the supply at the spot you have in mind.
- Water. Mains-plumbed and tank-fed options are both available. We recommend the right one for your site.
- Placement. Somewhere people pass and can see the arm at work: a reception, lobby or breakout area works best.
We'll confirm power, water, access and positioning at a free site survey.
How it works for your building
- Tell us about your building. How many people are on site, how they use reception and breakout spaces, and when they want coffee.
- We agree the spot, menu and prices.Where the machine will be seen and used, a drinks range chosen with you, and pricing agreed before it goes live.
- We install it at no cost.Delivery, installation, branding and payment systems are all on us.
- We keep it clean, stocked and working.Cleaning, servicing and repairs are on us, and remote monitoring means we fix problems before anyone notices.
- You're paid every month. An agreed share of sales, with a clear statement showing every transaction.
