Padel vending machine with racket hire, open whenever your courts are.
Courts get booked from first light to last thing at night, but the pro shop or reception isn't always staffed. Our padel and tennis machine sells balls, grips and drinks courtside 24/7, with secure lockers for racket hire. We install and run it at zero cost to your club, and pay you a share of every sale.
The match that nearly didn't happen
Every club manager knows these moments. Each one is a frustrated player, and a sale that went somewhere else.
- Dead balls, no spares. A player opens their last tube and it's flat. Instead of a trip to the car or a shop, they buy a fresh tube courtside.
- A grip that's had it. Overgrips wear quickly in padel. Players can replace one between games rather than putting up with it.
- A friend who's never played. Padel brings in plenty of first-timers who turn up without a racket. Locker hire means they can still get on court.
- Early and late bookings. Members playing before the desk opens or after it closes can still buy what they need.
- Staff pulled away from the desk. Every ball sale your team handles is time not spent on bookings, coaching or members. The machine takes that job off their hands.
The padel vending machine
A large-capacity unit built for sports kit rather than snacks, with a touchscreen players can browse like a small pro shop.
Equipment, apparel and lockers, available courtside 24/7. Fully cashless: players pay by card, contactless, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Stock is monitored remotely, and the machine can be wrapped in custom graphics to match your club.
What it can stock
Ranges are chosen with you, based on what you and your customers want and our own experience. Once the machine is live, we use AI-driven sales data to see what's selling and what isn't, and swap slow lines for ones that sell better.
Balls
Padel and tennis ball tubes, so nobody plays with dead balls or waits for a new tube.
Grips and small kit
Overgrips and the small accessories players forget or wear out.
Drinks
Water and sports drinks for between games and after the match.
Apparel
A small range of apparel for players who need something on the day.
Racket hire from secure lockers
Secure lockers let players hire a racket without a member of staff, which is useful for newcomers, visitors and anyone whose racket has just cracked.
- Pricing agreed with you. Hire prices, and any racket sponsor or brand preference, are agreed with each club.
- Rackets from you or from us. Your club can supply the rackets, or we can. Either way, we keep the lockers stocked.
- Lost rackets. A racket that isn't returned is charged to the player who hired it.
- Damaged rackets. We review what happened and replace the racket, so your club is never out of pocket.
What your site needs
Most clubs already have a suitable spot near the courts. These are the practical checks we make at the site survey.
- Floor space. The machine is 1060 × 980 mm at the base and 1950 mm tall, so plan for roughly 1.1 m × 1 m.
- Power. A standard power socket nearby. The machine draws 500W.
- Access. The machine weighs 280 kg, so we check the delivery route from the car park to the courts at the survey.
- Connectivity. It connects over 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Ethernet, so it doesn't depend on your club's Wi-Fi.
- Indoors or outdoors. It can go outdoors. Where needed, we build a cover or shelter, agreed at the site inspection.
We'll confirm power, water, access and positioning at a free site survey.
Where it works best
We'll only recommend this machine if it suits your club. If something else would serve your players better, we'll tell you.
Padel clubs
High court turnover, lots of new players and a social crowd make padel clubs the natural home for this machine.
Tennis clubs
Members get balls and grips on match days and club nights, even when the clubhouse is closed.
Leisure centres with courts
Pay-and-play visitors often don't own kit. Racket hire and ball sales help them get playing.
Military sports facilities
Courts on base get the same 24/7 kit and racket hire. Military and defence.
